- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Digital products (such as downloads or online services) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded unless they are defective.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all refunds.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@trenddigi.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary by institution.
